Inside Sales Manager Cloud leads the cloud inside sales organization, driving revenue growth, coaching a sales team, and implementing GTM tactics in the German market with hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Cloud Inside Sales team
- Develop and execute GTM tactics
- Manage key cloud accounts and partner relationships
- Monitor pipeline and KPIs; drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales units
Technical Overview
Focus on cloud sales strategies and CRM-enabled processes; collaborate with Microsoft Azure and hyperscaler partners; drive KPIs and sales performance through coaching and pipeline management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced cloud sales leader with 3+ years building and coaching high-performing cloud sales teams, fluent in German and English, and skilled in GTM strategy and CRM-enabled sales processes.
