About this role
Inside Sales Rep role focused on proactively increasing branch revenue through equipment rentals and equipment sales. You will establish rental and sales accounts, process quotations and contracts, educate customers on proper usage and safety, and coordinate daily equipment logistics to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish understanding of specialty engineered rental products and services
- Establish new rental and sales accounts through telemarketing and call-in customers
- Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts and invoices
- Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and run reports
Technical Overview
Role requires engineering aptitude to properly size and quote specialized engineered rental products and services, including generators, pumps, chillers, dehumidification, and electrical distribution. You will manage operational systems for contracts and inventory accuracy, and produce reports to monitor equipment and operations.

The ideal candidate is an Inside Sales Rep for equipment rental who can proactively drive revenue through telemarketing, call-in customer service, and account growth. They have strong customer service and sales skills, are proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel), and demonstrate engineering aptitude to properly size, quote, and support specialized rental equipment.
