About this role
Aspire NXT is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive SMB growth by making 60–80 outbound calls per day, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for Account Executives. The role focuses on AWS-running SMBs with cloud cost and observability/monitoring pain.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60–80 outbound calls per day, Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP, Book discovery calls and product demos for Senior Account Executives
- Run coordinated outreach sequences in Apollo.io (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches), Maintain accurate CRM activity logs, call notes, and pipeline records
Technical Overview
You will communicate the value of NXT-OPS (FinOps) and NXT-Observability, working with prospects running workloads on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure. You’ll use Apollo.io and a CRM to manage outreach sequences, activity logging, and pipeline records.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an early-career SDR/BDR-style inside sales professional with 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience and a strong phone-first mindset. They are comfortable qualifying inbound/outbound leads, booking discovery calls, and maintaining accurate CRM activity logs using Apollo.io.
