About this role
This Inside Sales Representative role supports customers and the commercial department by managing bids, tracking assignments to estimators, and coordinating information flow between teams. You will follow up on quoted jobs, prepare contract routing sheets, and produce retail bids/small project estimates while maintaining strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a Safety First culture in the Branch
- Manage bid lists daily (print and review reports, incoming transmittals and plans)
- Track assignment of bids to estimators and coordinate with detailing and production teams
- Follow up on quoted jobs to determine status and quotation acceptability
- Prepare contract routing sheets for secured jobs and distribute to detailers
