Senior Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering data, reporting and BI services to support decision making and operations. The role requires data governance, reporting improvements, and cross-functional partnerships with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop reporting solutions; Maintain and improve reports; Facilitate requirements sessions; Build data governance processes; Coach team and clients on data interpretation

Technical Overview

Focus on data analysis and reporting across multiple platforms (SQL, Excel, Access, GCP, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView, Business Objects). Emphasis on data consolidation, modeling, and governance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data analyst with 5+ years of data analysis and reporting experience, strong SQL skills, and advanced Excel capabilities. They should be proficient with multiple BI and data visualization tools and able to drive data-informed decisions in a healthcare PBM context.
