About this role
Vigil Cyber LLC is seeking a Remote Appointment Setter for part-time hours to help schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team. The role focuses on outbound cold calls and multi-touch follow-up (including email) to mid-to-enterprise decision-makers in cybersecurity and managed IT services.

Technical Overview
This is a sales outreach role centered on cybersecurity and managed IT services messaging rather than building software. It requires familiarity with CRM tools, basic Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams knowledge, and disciplined call documentation and lead tracking.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a personable Appointment Setter who can confidently conduct outbound cold calls to executives and decision-makers. They have experience with CRM management and multi-touch outreach (including email follow-ups), and they communicate cybersecurity and managed IT value propositions clearly while persisting through rejection. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams are also a fit.
