About this role
This role supports analytics for Amazon internal communications, focusing on measurement, reporting, and data analysis. You will build dashboards, execute recurring and ad-hoc reporting, and partner with communications leaders to turn data into actionable insights that improve content performance and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests
- Monitor channel performance and flag trends or anomalies
- Partner with channel and editorial leads to interpret audience data
Technical Overview
You will use Excel and SQL to analyze communications performance, create and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools, and support A/B testing. The role also emphasizes translating insights for non-technical audiences and leveraging AI-assisted/agentic AI development tools such as Kiro, Cursor, and Claude Code.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an analytics-focused professional with hands-on experience building dashboards and delivering reporting using Excel and SQL. They have strong communication skills to translate audience and communications performance data into actionable insights for channel leads, editors, and event managers, and experience running A/B testing. They also bring familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic AI development tools such as Kiro, Cursor, and Claude Code.
