About this role
Institutional Sales & Service Associate supports institutional clients across the client lifecycle; delivers responsive service, coordinates client deliverables, and supports RFPs and due diligence, in a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to institutional clients
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly
- Resolve issues by partnering with internal teams
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
- Coordinate requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
