About this role

Instrumentation - Automation - SCADA Specialist for water/wastewater facilities across the Southeast Region. You will design, implement, and maintain SCADA/PLC systems and support OT services for project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to projects throughout the region
Configure, commissioning, and maintaining Control Panels, PLCs, and SCADA Systems
Troubleshooting process control issues and SCADA communications
Remote monitoring and troubleshooting with minor updates to SCADA/PLC systems
Document existing infrastructure and develop plans to improve facility control systems; collaborate with facility managers and other disciplines

Technical Overview

Role involves hands-on work with SCADA platforms including Inductive Automation, Rockwell Automation, and Aveva Wonderware; PLC programming, control panel wiring, and network integration. Security-minded mindset and ability to troubleshoot remote SCADA systems across multiple sites.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior instrumentation/SCADA engineer with 5+ years of experience in control system design, PLC programming, and SCADA development. The candidate should be comfortable traveling across the Southeast region and upgrading diverse SCADA/PLC platforms while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
