About this role
This role is for an Insurance IT Business Analyst supporting long-term insurance client projects focused on Life Insurance (Risk and Savings). You will gather, analyze, document, and validate functional requirements and provide functional documentation (process diagrams, workflows, use cases) while working with technical teams through testing and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand functional needs for core insurance systems
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional requirements
- Produce functional documentation including process diagrams, workflows, and use cases
- Serve as interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support testing, validation, and go-live phases
Technical Overview
You will operate from a functional perspective across core insurance systems, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support end-to-end delivery including testing, validation, and go-live phases.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Insurance Business Analyst with proven experience supporting life insurance initiatives focused on Life Risk and Life Savings. They have strong functional requirements and documentation skills, producing process diagrams, workflows, and use cases while partnering closely with technical teams through testing, validation, and go-live.
