TopDog Law is hiring a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for people seeking legal help. You will screen inbound calls and leads, gather and document case and client information, and deliver empathetic customer service through the intake process.

  • Manage incoming calls and digital leads
  • Screen potential client phone calls against qualifying criteria
