About this role
TopDog Law is hiring a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for people seeking legal help. You will screen inbound calls and leads, gather and document case and client information, and deliver empathetic customer service through the intake process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and digital leads
- Screen potential client phone calls against qualifying criteria
- Collect and document essential client and case information with accurate data entry
- Provide empathetic support and exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes
Technical Overview
This is not a technical/engineering role; it is a high-volume intake and call center operations position focused on accurate data collection, client screening, documentation, and process improvement for lead handling.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level intake professional with experience handling inbound calls and digital leads in a call center environment.
