About this role
Advance Care Pharmacy seeks a remote intake specialist/coordinator to process new patient referrals, verify insurance, coordinate prior authorizations, and facilitate communication between prescribers, patients, and the pharmacy team.

- Receive and review new patient referrals; Enter patient demographics and clinical information; Verify insurance; Initiate and track prior authorizations; Communicate with patients and prescribers
