Integrative Engineer Analyst is an entry-level RM role within the IETS department, focusing on learning and applying requirements management processes, elicitation, and traceability across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, learn, and apply RM processes; perform requirements elicitation and definition; coordinate RM artifacts and traceability; generate RM views and dashboards; ensure compliance with RM templates

Technical Overview

Supports RM activities using Excel/Smartsheet and RM tools like IBM DOORS, Helix ALM, Visure, Jama Connect; assists in creating and maintaining requirements repositories, traceability, and V&V documentation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level engineering analyst with foundational experience in requirements management tools, strong Excel/Smartsheet skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams to support RM activities on transportation projects.
