About this role

This role is for an analytics-focused Business Analyst who transforms Intel’s business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. You will gather and map requirements, design process flows and specifications, validate solutions through testing and sign-off, and drive adoption with KPI reporting and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze business needs and opportunities for process improvements
Design and document business process flows (diagrams, flowcharts, specs, use cases, user stories)
Lead end-to-end business process testing, validation, and sign-off
Provide technical advice on user interface specifications and configuration parameters
Monitor adoption and manage business process change using reporting, analytics dashboards, and KPIs

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience supported by a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and strong analytics delivery skills. They have 3+ years (with a Master's) or equivalent experience in business process management, requirements mapping, and workflow management, and can create dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting for semiconductor foundry operations. They are experienced in end-to-end testing/validation and driving adoption through business process change, with strong stakeholder communication.
