Interim Nursing Supervisor - Overnights

This role is an Interim Nursing Supervisor for overnight hours at Pembroke Hospital. The supervisor provides leadership and administrative coordination for nursing services during the shift, including admissions and inpatient unit coverage, ensuring standards and policies are followed.

• Have administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for overall coordination of nursing services during the shift
• Supervise/coordinate nursing services during admissions and on inpatient units
• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure accordance with philosophy and nursing standards of practice of care
• Ensure established policies and procedures are followed during shift
• Support the inpatient leadership team on an overnight schedule

The technical scope is primarily operational/clinical leadership rather than IT systems. The role centers on shift coordination, supervision of nursing care delivery, and compliance with nursing standards of practice of care and established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate is an experienced nursing leader who can act as an Interim Nursing Supervisor for overnight coverage at Pembroke Hospital.
