This Human Resources Intern role supports core HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance for the North American HR team. The intern will help with electronic HR management systems transition, policy audit and employee handbook creation, workforce analysis, and building an HR KPI dashboard.

  • Support development and transition to electronic HR management systems
  • Identify gaps in HR processes and help develop standard work instructions
  • Consult on employee relations issues
  • Conduct policy audit and support employee handbook creation
  • Perform workforce analysis (demographics and turnover) and create an HR KPI dashboard of Key Metrics

The internship focuses on HR operations and analytics outputs: workforce demographic/turnover analysis and HR KPI dashboard creation to enable data-driven decision making. It also includes process documentation (standard work instructions) and support for HR systems modernization (electronic HR management systems), using Microsoft Office and potentially Success Factors.

The ideal candidate is a current student actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources with a minimum 3.0 GPA. They bring strong Microsoft Office skills, customer-service orientation, and help with HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding coordination, policy audit, employee handbook creation, workforce analysis, and HR KPI dashboarding. Experience with Success Factors is a plus.
