About this role
As a Sales Support intern at Hyland, you will assist account-facing teams with daily seller tasks and projects that build exposure to the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) sales organization. You’ll support sales enablement, contribute to sales operations work, and help with data mining and customer reference identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Hyland sellers and Account Managers with day-to-day tasks and efforts to meet quota/target revenue.
- Learn the role of the pre-sales team and provide assistance related to Solution Architect responsibilities.
- Support Sales Operations with understanding sales data analytics.
- Work with Sales Academy on sales enablement and development projects and training programs.
- Use data mining and reference identification to support Customer Reference initiatives.
Technical Overview
