About this role
The Internal Sales Specialist supports the cybersecurity business unit by driving inside sales activities, with a focus on managing vendor renewals and generating/closing commercial opportunities. The role maintains an efficient sales pipeline, uses SAP and Excel for commercial operations, and coordinates closely with cybersecurity vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up cybersecurity vendor renewals
- Generate quotes and adapt offers for inside sales cycle
- Identify customer needs and upsell cybersecurity products
- Coordinate with vendors on licensing, updates, backup reviews, and trainings
- Use SAP and Excel to manage pricing, orders, reports, and pipeline tracking
Technical Overview
Primary responsibilities include cybersecurity vendor renewals, quote generation, offer adaptation, and pipeline tracking using SAP and Excel. The role also requires understanding cybersecurity product licensing models and vendor workflows, plus participating in vendor/product training to stay current.
