Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee retirement, wellness, and/or healthcare plans
- Conduct vendor assessments and implement plan design/vendor changes
- Provide compliance testing and audit support
- Analyze benefit plans and recommend design changes using data
- Manage communications to support programs internally and externally
Technical Overview
The role uses HR Technology platforms and/or a Healthcare data warehouse to evaluate data and systems and to identify deficiencies or opportunities. It also involves metrics creation to measure program success and support compliance testing/audit readiness.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a benefits management professional with 6+ years of experience supporting retirement, wellness, and healthcare plans. They have strong vendor management and compliance testing experience, along with analytics skills using HR Technology platforms and/or a Healthcare data warehouse across Canada, the UK, and Ireland.
