About this role
The Director, International Procurement Services leads and grows Choice’s international procurement business. The role develops global procurement strategies, negotiates complex international agreements, and optimizes manufacturing, distribution, and licensing models while partnering with Finance and Operations to drive sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Choice’s international procurement strategy in partnership with regional leadership and International Operations
- Own strategic roadmaps for master franchisors including commercial models and value-realization frameworks
- Negotiate complex international contracts across manufacturing, distribution, licensing of Choice Marks, technology, and other monetized services
- Own financial tracking, reporting, and analytics for international procurement revenue streams and implement revenue assurance
- Optimize international manufacturing and distribution channels while mitigating supply chain and commercial risk
Technical Overview
This is a procurement and commercial governance role focused on international sourcing, vendor contract negotiation, licensing of Choice Marks, and supply chain optimization. The scope includes financial tracking/analytics, revenue assurance, revenue recognition, and forecasting for procurement revenue streams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive procurement leader who has owned international procurement strategy end-to-end, including negotiating complex vendor and licensing agreements (Choice Marks) across geographies. They have strong commercial and financial governance experience, especially revenue assurance, revenue recognition, and forecasting, while partnering closely with operations and finance to drive sustainable, brand-aligned growth.
