Inventory Analyst responsible for leading cycle count program and maintaining inventory accuracy; classify and count parts; track variance; perform root cause analysis; implement CI actions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the plants cycle count program to ensure the plants inventory accuracy is 98% or better for the Toledo Driveline facility
Establish the plant's ABC analysis annually and classify new parts for count schedules
Develop a detailed cycle count schedule based on the total number of parts and count frequencies
Monitor the negative inventory report and adjust as necessary
Publish cycle count accuracy metrics and perform root cause analysis for variances
