About this role
This role is responsible for receiving spare parts, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and updating records in SAP. The clerk also supports daily cycle counts and assists with annual physical counts while maintaining storerooms and required SOX compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives inbound spare parts shipments and updates SAP and paperwork
- Maintains spare parts inventory accuracy with timely SAP updates
- Conducts regular cycle counts and supports annual physical counts
- Ensures SOX compliance through accurate system updates and required documentation
- Operates forklift/pallet jack and maintains organized, clean storerooms
Technical Overview
