Inventory/Parts Specialist supporting repair and preventive maintenance operations at an airport site. Responsible for procurement, inventory control, CMMS data, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and lead processes to ensure materials and parts are available; evaluate vendor quotes; purchase, order and negotiate materials; monitor contract performance; verify received materials and maintain CMMS records
Technical Overview
Roles involves CMMS data entry, vendor management, and procurement processes coupled with basic data-entry and MS Office skills to maintain equipment parts records and order tracking.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an organized inventory/procurement professional with at least 2 years of experience in material purchasing and inventory control, and a track record of managing CMMS records, vendor quotes, and maintaining accurate records for repair operations in an airport environment.
