Inventory Tech III - Surgical Supply Coordinator - Full-Time - Days - Bayfront Hospital - St Pete

This role coordinates and assists with daily inventory management and control for surgical/procedural supply areas. You will process requisitions, track and expedite orders, handle consignment requisitions with contract verification, and report spend and utilization using Lawson, Epic, and Excel.

• Maintain, monitor, adjust, and replenish inventory areas
• Process requisitions and track/expedite orders
• Handle consignment requisitions including contract verification
• Assist with new product requests and conversions
• Use Lawson, Epic, and Excel to capture spend and utilization data

Hands-on inventory control in OR/specialty areas, using Lawson, Epic, and Excel to capture spend and utilization data. Responsibilities include requisition processing, consignment handling, and order expediting with strong accuracy and compliance to inventory procedures.

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare inventory professional who can manage surgical/procedural supply areas through hands-on inventory control, replenishment, and requisition processing. They have strong accuracy with inventory transactions and experience capturing spend and utilization data using Lawson, Epic, and Excel.
