About this role
MassMutual is seeking an Investment Accounting Manager for Strategic Programs within the Investments and Corporate Subsidiaries Controllership team. The role is an individual contributor position focused on timely, accurate investment and subsidiary accounting reporting and on driving process improvements and control execution.

- Drive investment and corporate subsidiaries accounting reporting
- Ensure control execution and strengthen controls
- Perform meaningful analysis to support results, forecast implications, and strategic decisions
- Proactively drive process improvement for accounting activities
