About this role
Lead securities sales and grow a client base while coaching and developing a team of licensed retail bankers. Conduct solo and joint client appointments, run seminars, and manage follow-up to drive sales planning and targeted securities fee income goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve securities sales goals and targeted securities fee income within assigned territory
- Coach, train, and develop licensed retail bankers through individual and group coaching sessions
- Conduct client meetings and solo/joint appointments to close sales and review accounts
- Manage sales planning, tracking, reporting, and daily coordination with the team
- Lead business development through internal/external seminars, follow-up, and referral generation
Technical Overview
Non-technical financial advisory role focused on securities product sales, investment strategy guidance, client relationship management, and structured coaching/training for retail bankers, with ongoing risk identification and reporting within the bank’s risk appetite.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a licensed Financial Advisor/Investment Executive with prior brokerage industry experience and the required securities registrations (Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and Series 65). They coach and develop licensed retail bankers, drive securities sales and fee income goals through client meetings and seminars, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting risk and compliance expectations.
