Key Responsibilities

Application Support - investigate/resolve issues in Item Master Data and Category Management
Development Testing - execute test scripts and document results
Problem Management - diagnose problems and implement remedies
Programming/Software Development - design, develop, test, and document complex programs
Release Deployment - manage releases and maintain documentation
