IT Application Support Manager for Back Office oversees end-to-end operational and technical oversight of enterprise systems supporting critical business operations in supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational leadership for investigation and resolution of complex application issues
- Lead high-severity incident resolution
- Monitor service delivery against KPIs/SLAs
- Drive ITIL processes with emphasis on Incident/Change/Problem
- Mentor and lead associates; ensure audits

The ideal candidate is an IT operations leader with 6+ years supporting supply chain enterprise systems (WMS OTMs like Catalyst, ERP/HR/payroll apps). They should have hands-on experience with Workday, Kronos, and Oracle databases, plus DR planning and strong vendor management.
