This role leads IT applications support focused on Yardi Voyager for a senior living organization. It serves as the Subject Matter Expert for ERP modules, managing user access/security, leading upgrades through UAT, and resolving escalated Tier 2/Tier 3 issues, while partnering with Finance and Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Yardi Voyager and associated ERP modules
Manage user access, roles, and security permissions for audit readiness
Lead system upgrades and enhancements with sandbox testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues escalated from the help desk
Support additional finance systems such as Concur and Avid Pay
