About this role
Own the design, launch, and ongoing maturation of a globally scaled IT peripheral vending and automated locker program. Lead program strategy, vendor operations (including VMI), analytics dashboards, and integration of vending workflows with ITSM and ITAM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end operational model and technology roadmap
- Own vendor-managed inventory (VMI) relationships and vendor SLAs
- Build analytics dashboards for utilization and demand planning
- Set par levels, replenishment triggers, and stockout thresholds by SKU/location
- Integrate vending workflows with ITSM and ITAM platforms
Technical Overview
This role blends operations analytics with technology integration, building placement and replenishment models from transaction and access data. It also requires integrating real-world vending inventory and replenishment workflows into ITSM and ITAM platforms and evolving from rule-based VMI to predictive demand planning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT asset management or operations professional who has owned an end-to-end program involving inventory placement and replenishment planning. They bring strong vendor management experience (including VMI and vendor SLAs) and have built analytics and demand planning frameworks integrating with ITSM and ITAM workflows.
