Key Responsibilities
- Influence requirements for new application features aligned with strategic priorities
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for development
- Capture requirements for moderately complex systems and SDLC impact
- Support UAT to ensure quality in releases
- Understand security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate as needed

SDLC-driven analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, and testing with attention to security and risk management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT Business Analyst with 1-3 years of relevant experience who can translate business requirements into technical requirements, participate in UAT, and understand SDLC and security principles.
