IT Change Manager responsible for developing and operating the enterprise IT Change Management strategy aligned with ITIL v4/ITSM standards, owning day-to-day Change Operations, CAB facilitation, and risk management.

Technical Overview
Leads enterprise IT change governance, change assessment/approval, risk management, and integration with incident/problem/release management; leverages ServiceNow and ITIL/ITSM practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level IT Change Manager with 3+ years in enterprise IT, strong ITIL v4/ITSM knowledge, and ServiceNow change management experience; capable of CAB facilitation and risk-driven governance.
