Provide front-line IT desktop support to end users, troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues, and supporting Windows and Mac environments while maintaining documentation and user assistance.

  • Provide Tier 1 support for Windows and Mac systems
  • Resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
  • Deploy and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
  • Support MS 365 and VPN connectivity

The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT desktop support professional with 0-2 years of IT support experience, strong customer service, and solid knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, AD, and MS 365. They can troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues, communicate clearly with users, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
