About this role
Provide front-line IT desktop support to end users, troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues, and supporting Windows and Mac environments while maintaining documentation and user assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for Windows and Mac systems
- Resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
- Deploy and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
- Support MS 365 and VPN connectivity
- Assist with user account management and password resets in Active Directory
Technical Overview
Role covers Windows/macOS troubleshooting, AD and MS 365 administration, ITSM ticketing with ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy, and basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) with remote device imaging.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT desktop support professional with 0-2 years of IT support experience, strong customer service, and solid knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, AD, and MS 365. They can troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues, communicate clearly with users, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
