About this role

TD SYNNEX is seeking an IT Director to lead the technology organization in India and support continued business growth. The role focuses on aligning IT strategy with business priorities, ensuring secure and reliable IT operations, and enabling transformation through enterprise platforms—particularly SAP—while also identifying AI and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT strategy and execution for India aligned to regional and global priorities, Provide oversight for SAP enterprise platforms and transformations, Ensure dependable IT operations and strong service delivery across infrastructure and applications, Enforce IT governance, security standards, and regulatory compliance with cybersecurity and risk management, Identify and enable AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity and decision making

Technical Overview

This is an enterprise IT leadership role centered on SAP platform leadership and driving transformation across finance, supply chain, and operations. It also covers operational execution for infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end user services, with governance and cybersecurity/risk management responsibilities and a roadmap for AI enablement.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT Director who can lead technology strategy and execution for India while aligning with regional APJ IT teams. They have strong SAP enterprise platform leadership experience, including driving SAP implementations and enhancements to transform core business processes. They also provide governance and security oversight, and they identify AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity and decision-making.
