About this role

Senior IT Project Manager to lead ERP initiatives across finance, supply chain, operations, HR, and other functions, ensuring deployment, integration, and optimization. Manages scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance for ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
Define project roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, and budgets
Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Translate business requirements into ERP configurations, workflows, integrations, and data models
Manage system integrations with third-party applications (API, EDI, and middleware); ensure proper data migration and cutover execution

Technical Overview

Drives end-to-end ERP projects, overseeing configuration of modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR/Payroll, CRM, Reporting), data migration, and system integrations (API/EDI/middleware); ensures UAT and go-live readiness; addresses SOX and data privacy.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level IT project manager with ERP implementation experience across finance, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing; strong stakeholder management and UAT leadership; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
