About this role

The IT ERP Project Manager will lead ERP initiatives across multiple business functions to deploy, upgrade, and integrate ERP systems. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, budgets, and ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancements
Define roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budgets
Coordinate all lifecycle phases: planning, requirements, design, testing, deployment, post-go-live support
Translate business requirements into ERP configurations and data models
Oversee integrations with third-party applications (API, EDI, middleware) and data migration

Technical Overview

Scope includes ERP configurations across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR/Payroll, and CRM; data migrations; API/EDI integrations; SOX compliance; UAT; change management; and vendor coordination.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced ERP project manager with hands-on experience implementing ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HR/Payroll, CRM), strong leadership, and ability to manage scope, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of SOX/compliance, data migration, and stakeholder management is essential.
