About this role
This entry-level IT help desk role provides on-site computer and network support for dealership users and supports systems users. You will resolve issues, assist end users, document procedures, and help with special projects including rotating on-call support.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve outstanding help desk issues with IT Systems Support Techs
- Provide hardware and software support for departments connected to the dealer management system and network
- Evaluate, test, document, and recommend system procedures
- Create and update computer support documentation and support materials
- Support rotating on-call duties and assist end users across dealerships
Technical Overview
Primary technical requirement is Active Directory user support in a medium to large network environment. Additional beneficial experience includes dealership management systems (PBS Systems), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, and MFA.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level help desk support administrator with 1+ year of hands-on user support in a medium to large network environment using Active Directory. They have dealership systems exposure (PBS Systems is a plus) and can support Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and MFA while documenting resolutions and providing responsive end-user support.
