About this role
Provides Tier II technical support to end users in a military medical setting, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting clinical IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues
- Support clinical workstations

- Assist with IT asset refresh
Technical Overview
Supports medical IT environments with troubleshooting of computers, printers, web services, and mobile devices; uses DHA ticketing system; requires CompTIA Security+ certification.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support technician with strong troubleshooting skills, certification in CompTIA Security+, and experience supporting healthcare or military IT environments.
