About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to provide IT support for a medical practice, focusing on Microsoft technologies, iOS devices, and HIPAA-compliant workflows. Travel to field sites and remote troubleshooting will be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktop and mobile platforms
- Document and resolve support tickets
- Administer Microsoft 365/Azure services and MDM/ADM platforms
- Coordinate with AT&T cellular services and field providers
Technical Overview
Support includes Microsoft 365/Azure environments, MDM/ADM via Intune, iOS device management, Exchange Online basics, and remote collaboration tools (GoTo suite). Basic Power Automate and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT help desk professional with at least 2 yearsβ experience supporting Microsoft 365/Azure environments, iOS devices, and MDM/ADM. They should demonstrate strong customer service, HIPAA awareness, and the ability to manage multiple requests while traveling to field sites as needed.
