About this role
This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at a construction and real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 support
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage support tickets
- Assist with system upgrades
- Maintain documentation
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes hardware troubleshooting, software support, network issues, and familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco Meraki products.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level to mid-level IT support technician with at least 1 year of experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
