MSP environment experience; familiarity with CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft 365 Admin; strong documentation and client communication.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced IT Help Desk Technician with 3+ years in customer service and 4+ years in technical MSP environments, strong network and Office 365 knowledge, and a proactive approach to client support.
