IT Help Desk Technician to join our technology team, providing end-user support and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and Mac environments in a fast-paced IT setting.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Windows and/or Mac environments
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Assist with user account management including password resets, access requests, and basic Active Directory/O365 administration
  • Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system

Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows and Mac platforms; support Active Directory/O365 administration; manage workstations, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices; document issues in the ticketing system.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician with foundational Windows/Mac support skills, strong communication, and a willingness to grow into advanced IT responsibilities.
