Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts
- Support cybersecurity monitoring and endpoint protection
- Maintain IT documentation and asset tracking
