Technical Overview

The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT support professional with at least 3 years of helpdesk experience, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. They should be adept at troubleshooting, documentation, and supporting end users in an on-site environment.
