About this role
Serve as a point of contact for BTS and the business while coordinating manufacturing site infrastructure operations. The role focuses on business analysis for requirements, change management, and support for testing/verification/validation, with strong emphasis on IT compliance and GXP audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Infrastructure operations for servers, storage, networks, and manufacturing end points at site level
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; translate into functional requirements
- Perform data and process modeling; manage change
- Lead/coordinate testing, verification, and validation of requirements
- Ensure IT compliance, GXP audit preparation, and audit response coordination
Technical Overview
Responsible for coordinating infrastructure operations covering servers, storage, networks, and manufacturing end points, and ensuring adherence to infrastructure services policies and standards. Performs requirements elicitation/documentation and functional translation with data and process modeling, then coordinates testing and verification/validation as part of change delivery, while maintaining compliance for GXP areas.
