About this role

IT Intern role supporting IT systems design, analysis, and troubleshooting within a cross-functional setting. You will translate business requirements into IT solutions and assist with QA and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot IT systems and conduct root cause analysis
Participate in technical design and requirements analysis
Develop, test, and evaluate IT systems and components
Liaise between IT and business units to translate requirements
Develop and execute quality assurance processes and manage incidents

Technical Overview

Supports IT systems through design, analysis, testing, and incident resolution; uses MS Office tools for data recording and reporting; collaborates with operations and IT to improve performance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an IT-inclined student pursuing a BS or MS in CS/MIS/CIS with strong communication skills, familiarity with MS Office, and a willingness to learn in a cross-functional IT environment.
