About this role
You will oversee and optimize Openly’s IT environment by administering core applications and ensuring secure configurations and user access. You will own independent IT projects end-to-end (technical design through launch) and help improve processes with guidance and mentoring as needed.

Technical Overview
Primary technical scope is administration of business IT applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Notion) and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems. The role focuses on process improvement, project execution, and becoming a subject matter expert in the technology stack.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT operations engineer with experience administering SaaS and collaboration tools and ensuring secure configurations and correct user access. They can independently own IT project work from technical design through launch, while partnering with the team to improve processes and mentor junior members.
