About this role

IT PMO Digital Portfolio Lead leads a portfolio of enterprise digital initiatives and ensures governance, prioritization, and execution aligned to DTO strategy and governance standards. The role drives digital investments toward realized business value with executive engagement and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and govern a portfolio of enterprise digital initiatives, including transformation, modernization, automation, analytics, and platform enablement
Collaborate with IT Business Partners and Service owners to define, prioritize, and maintain digital portfolio roadmaps
Monitor digital portfolio governance forums to enable timely approvals and escalation resolution
Guide digital portfolio financial performance, capital planning, forecasting and fiscal accountability
Track and report digital benefit realization and value delivery

Technical Overview

Experience in digital portfolio governance, multi-million-dollar budgets, benefits realization, and cross-functional leadership; familiarity with PMO frameworks and platform modernization.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an IT PMO/portfolio leader with 8+ years in IT and 5+ years guiding digital portfolios, able to drive capital planning, forecasting, and benefits realization across a multi-program portfolio.
