IT portfolio analyst supporting strategy-to-execution in Hartford's Small Business IT portfolio. Focused on aligning portfolio initiatives with business objectives, managing budgets, and applying Lean Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment & IT Execution: support alignment of portfolio initiatives with strategy
  • Financial & Investment Management: plan and monitor budgets
  • Agile Transformation & Metrics: track backlog health, lead time, throughput
  • Lean Portfolio Governance: prioritize work and manage risk
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: portfolio health reviews and MOR materials

Technical Overview

Experience with Agile methodologies and portfolio tools (Clarity, Rally). Proficient in MS Excel for financial reporting and dashboards.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT portfolio analyst with 1-3 years of portfolio mgmt and strong Agile knowledge, capable of driving portfolio alignment and performance metrics.
