About this role

This role supports IT portfolio management for Centene, prioritizing projects, auditing alignment to strategy, and guiding resource and budget planning. The analyst will manage Agile/Lean portfolios, develop dashboards, and drive governance and repeatable release success.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates portfolio management processes; Develops and monitors reporting metrics and dashboards; Creates visibility into scope/schedule/resource/budget issues; Contributes to PM/portfolio methodologies; Facilitates resource and budget planning and sequencing of projects

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes ServiceNow and JIRA for portfolio management, dashboards, and reporting; Agile and Lean methodologies; capacity planning and risk management; budgeting and dependencies across IT initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT portfolio management analyst with 2-4 years of related experience, strong Agile/Lean portfolio management experience, and hands-on work with ServiceNow and JIRA to drive dashboards and reporting.
